What is the difference between tenant placement and full-service property management?

Tenant placement generally focuses on preparing and marketing the property, finding and screening a tenant, and completing the leasing process. Full-service property management continues after move-in and typically includes rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, inspections, lease renewals, accounting, and ongoing management.
