What happens if a tenant doesn't pay rent?

The property manager follows the rent collection and notice procedures established in the lease and applicable Florida law. If the matter cannot be resolved, additional legal action may be necessary. Property managers should follow established procedures carefully rather than improvising when a tenant becomes delinquent.
