What happens when a tenant's lease expires?

Before expiration, the property manager can evaluate the tenancy, current rental market, property owner's plans, and appropriate renewal terms. Depending on the circumstances, the owner may renew the lease, adjust the rent as legally permitted, or prepare the property for a new tenant.
